Despatch Process

We would like to keep you informed through the despatch of your parcel. After placing your order you will receive a further two emails.

Picking & Packing - Notification

Once your order has reached the top of the list we will email you to say we are packing your order carefully and checking the details before the package is sealed and ready for delivery.

Shipped - Notification

After the picking and packing has been completed you will get a further email with all the important shipping details and tracking numbers. Keep this safe as it will allow you to see when and where your parcel is with our delivery partners.

Further Delivery Communication

We have chosen delivery partners that are good at what they do and have a system that allows you to move the delivery, change the time of delivery, leave in a safe place, and enjoy the freedom of how you would like to have your parcel delivered. This will be communicated directly from our delivery partners, by email and SMS message.

Delivery Methods

Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery Cut Off 2PM For Orders to be processed the following Day

Estimated despatch times (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once shipped, please allow 3-5 working days to receive most items. Please check your confirmation email for full details, this will contain a tracking number and a link to the delivery company, all deliveries are with Royal Mail, DPD, and Parcel Force. If you have not received delivery confirmation please check your junk folder or contact us with your order number and we can assist you.

Next Day Delivery

Next Day Cut Off 12PM (Lunch Time) For Next Day Delivery Subject to Carriers

Next-day delivery is available for selected items ordered before 12 pm Monday - Thursday, excluding bank holidays and the day after.

Click & Collect

If you have chosen Click & Collect we will notify you once your order is ready to collect. Click & Collect will be one business day after a bank holiday due to order volumes. For any reason, you are uncontactable after three attempts and after seven days we will issue a refund for the item, directly to the method of payment you used to buy the item.

Collection is from our premises in Heather Leicestershire.

Large & Heavy Items

Any items marked Large & Heavy will have bespoke shipping pricing in the shopping cart and you will be shown prior to your purchase. We reserve the right to contact you and advise of any additional charge if necessary. We are always happy to quote delivery for products to far-reaching locations in the UK.

Hazardous Goods

Some items that we sell are considered hazardous goods and we have to use special delivery companies for these goods. The only expectation to standard and next day delivery is we may contact you to confirm the delivery will take a little longer. At any point, you will be able to cancel your order if this is not acceptable.

Bulk Orders

If you require Bulk Orders, please contact us. We will be able to provide a bespoke price in boxes or on a pallet.

Packaging

Please dont be offended if your parcels arrives in a second hand box. Recycling provides many benefits to our environment. By recycling our materials, we create a healthier planet for ourselves and future generations. 

Important

Busy Times

At busy times of the year Christmas and Black Friday, we strive to ensure delivery is made quickly, however, we can’t be responsible for the delivery network, once your items have left.

International Delivery

We are not able to deliver outside of the UK.

Bank Holidays

No deliveries are made on a Bank Holiday – or the day after a Bank Holiday.

Refusing Delivery

Please do not refuse a delivery without first contact us via phone, email, contact form, and live chat.

Non-Delivery

If in the event something goes wrong and you have not received your delivery please contact us. We will contact the delivery company straightaway to investigate why you have not received your delivery. If in the event they have lost the parcel or you find yourself without the goods after 72 hours after the stated delivery date we will either despatch the goods again or refund you in full depending on what you would like to happen.
