Sowing Outdoors
Sow thinly in pre-watered shallow drills, and cover with a little more soil. Allow 20cm between rows. Keep soil moist until seedlings are established. Thin as needed to 2.5cm apart.

Sow little and often for a continuous supply throughout the summer. Very versatile in the kitchen, including in salads and when pickled.
